Yes.  Our website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL)  technology.Your information is encrypted before it is sent to our secure server. Our secure server is protected against unathorized access so your personal information is safe with us.

 

 Just call us at (781) 331-2873 and give us your confirmation number and, as long as your order has not already been taken out for delivery, we will make any changes for you.

Your order is sent over a secure encrypted connection to European Flower Company. Upon receipt of your order, an email , with your confirmation number, will be sent to you. Your credit card is charged when the order is received at European Flower Company.

Flower deliveries will be made between 9AM-5PM in our local delivery area. Every effort is made to deliver your order as quickly as possible, based on the town your order is going to and the number of deliveries for that day. To reserve a specific delivery time or timeframe, please chose the Priority or Rush delivery options, which are available at a premium delivery fee.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders for same day delivery as our flowers are brought in to fill each specific order received. By doing so, we are assured that our flowers will be fresh and long lasting. We  do not keep excess  or older inventory on hand to fill orders.

 

Unfortunately, no. We specialize in offering the freshest of flowers for next day delivery. Our flowers are bought fresh for each specific order and we do not keep older or excess inventory on hand.

Orders placed for same day delivery will be delivered on the next business day.
