We carefully source our product to insure freshness, quality and an affordable price. We use the lastest techniques for in shop flower care and maintainence. And we only work with growers and vendors we can trust to provide us with the freshest flowers with bigger heads and brighter colors.

With this in mind, we guarantee your satisfaction with your flowers. All orders are guaranteed to be fresh and beautiful. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, just bring it back to us within six days of purchase and we will replace it. All we ask is your feedback so we can improve our service.

Fresh arrangements should last  a minimum of  6 days if properly cared for. Roses have a vase life upwards of 7 days, even after reaching full bloom. Planter baskets will last for several weeks, if watered properly. Please note that some seasonal flowers (i.e. iris, tulips, daffodils) may only last 3-4 days. This is a characteristic of the flower, and we only guarantee these flowers for this amount of time.

Not all flowers and plants are available in all areas at all times. We reserve the right to substitute flowers or plants with similar products, while maintaining the value, look, theme and color scheme of the ordered item. Fruit / gourmet baskets are by nature unique items, and each one will be different and individually designed for the recipient.
